"A well informed client makes the best decisions."
We represent both plaintiffs and defendants depending on our clients' needs.
The Cullen Law Firm, P.A. (CLF) is a boutique litigation law firm recognized for strategic and effective advocacy on behalf of the individuals and businesses it represents. Led by Mark A. Cullen, the CLF practice includes civil representations before trial and appellate courts at all levels of the state and federal system. CLF's success is driven by experience, effective strategies and client involvement. With over 40 years of courtroom experience, Mark makes sure his clients have the knowledgeable and aggressive representation they deserve. His efforts have resulted in millions of dollars in judgments, settlements, and recoveries. After working as a paralegal for over 23 years, including 15 years with CLF, Catherine A. Cullen was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2019, graduating magna cum laude from Florida International University College of Law. Catherine's extensive experience in civil litigation discovery, investigation, trial preparation, post-trial litigation and collections, and appellate practice have been instrumental to CLF's achievements. CLF prides itself on its ability to bring creative litigation strategies to each case. Sometimes that means compromise and early dispute resolution, and other times, it means fierce advocacy. Our regular practice takes place in Florida. However, CLF has served its client base in many state and federal courts across the United States through bar or pro hac vice admission. We focus on determining a course of action, in our litigation, which best fits the needs and aspirations of our clients. The participation of our clients in this process is key. We understand our clients' needs are of paramount importance, and we aim to deliver client centered solutions. Please contact our office for a consultation to discuss your legal needs.
